COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gtr Nissei G3FM-18-25-020T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eberhard-Bauer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Anaheim-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electro-Craft product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eberhard-Bauer such as the G3310DK84200ASM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DPW65351 manufactured by Anaheim-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Anaheim-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E703 by Manufacturer Electro-Craft as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand EM3558TG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vickers such as FASF10800450000G6 equipment made by Vickers have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vickers products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vickers" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available G12032500 made by Leeson as well as the popular EM3211TA original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E457 by A.-O.-Smith and FASF10800450000G6 spares by Vickers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F143A1A1N007000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Powertec. |
